NABHOOD/HBCU CELEBRITY SCHOLARSHIP GOLF TOURNAMENT ON THE BLUE MONSTER AT DORAL GOLF RESORT & SPA IN MIAMI, FLORIDA$199 PER PLAYER/$750 PER FOURSOME
The NABHOOD/HBCU Scholarship Golf Tournament will take place on Wednesday July 21, 2010 at 8:00am Doral Golf Resort & Spa. Sponsorship & Naming rights are available and all funds to benefit scholarship for minority hospitality students.
- Assign holes to each foursome and generate foursome and alphabetical players’ list prior to event.
- Pre-set carts in golf staging area furnished with tournament scorecard, cart sign, format sheet, tees and ball markers.
- Coordination of golf bag drop off and loading.
- Shuttle to and from practice area for all participants.
- Generate customized cart signs with company/organization logo, participants’ names and starting hole.
- Supply custom tournament format and provide rules sheet for all participants.
- Distribution of merchandise/tee gifts for sponsors
- Special tournament announcements.
- Sponsored event holes (hole-in-one, closest to the pin, longest drive, straightest drive, etc).
- Professional scoring / Scoreboards
- Install sponsors provided tee signs, green sponsor signs and/or banners on course prior to play (all signs/banners must be provide to tournament coordinator 72 hours prior to the day of play).
- Coordinate “Play with the Celebrity ”
- Coordinate with Doral Golf Resort & Spa’s concessions department all on-course beverage carts, box lunches and/or caddie coolers.
- $50 per set of rental clubs / $15 per pair of rental shoes available.
* Rate includes greens fees, cart fees, Practice Balls and golf service fees.
