Anthony Falor joined HWE in October 2003 after spending 13 years with the world’s largest lodging franchisor, Cendant Corporation, most recently as President and CEO of the Knights Inn and Villager Extended Stay brands. With an extensive background in franchise sales, development and marketing, Anthony holds all Cendant sales records claiming Top Producer honors in years 1992-1997, 1999 and 2001. Anthony has been involved in the franchising and development of brands such as Ramada, Wingate Inn, and Days Inn just to name a few, and has tremendous relationships and contacts within the upper-midscale to lower budgeted buyers. He has been frequently quoted in major industry publications including Hotel Business, Hotel/Motel Management, AAHOA and Lodging Hospitality. Mr. Falor has spoken and/or presented at numerous lodging conferences including The Lodging Conference, Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) and the National Association of Black Hotel Owners Operators and Developers (NABHOOD).
Anthony Falor currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the American Hotel & Lodging Educational foundation and as a Director at large for the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA).

Since joining The Mumford Company in 1999, Steve has listed and sold properties in nine states including Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia.
Steve began his career with Days Inns of America in 1983. His career path there included food and beverage management, lodging management, quality assurance, franchise services and project management for corporate renovations.
In 1989, Steve joined Forte Hotel International as director of development for the southeast, where he was responsible for franchise sales, joint ventures and corporate acquisition opportunities.
From 1996 to 1999 Steve served as development director for Choice Hotels, servicing territories in the mid-west and southeast. During this tenure, Steve was responsible for the sale of over 100 franchises at Choice. Steve received several awards including the Victor G. Trapani Sales Excellence Award.
Steve is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics.
