NABHOOD Offers Free Legal Advice To MembersMiller Law Group, P.C, Cazeau, Linton Barnes LLC; Stokes Lazarus & Carmichael LLP; The Goldstein Law Group, P.C.; and Powell Goldstein LLP, in conjunction with NABHOOD, are providing limited legal consultation regarding any matter that may arise in your business. As a NABHOOD member, you are entitled to up to three thirty-minute consultations per calendar year with a firm's attorney by telephone or Internet e-mail on routine matters at no charge to you. These consults will be general in nature to point a member in right direction to raise issues for the member to consider. These issues can involve organization of partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, joint ventures, agreements among partners, shareholders or members of a LLC, as well as any other agreements related to the business venture. Additionally, and perhaps most of all, attorneys can assist in issues pertaining to the franchisor/franchisee relationship such as negotiating franchise agreements, recommended franchise provisions and litigation support including document review and limited legal research.
